...See more Tip 1: Make sure you stay hydrated, especially if youve been crying a lot. Drink A LOT of water! Tip 2: Breathe in through your nose and hold it for 5 seconds, the let it out slowly. Tip 3: Find your comfort item, or comfort friend. Talking to someone and letting things out will help make you less tense. Tip 4: Dont try to nap or sleep on it, youll feel like 10 times worse than you do already. Im not telling you to exercise, but try to do something productive, like writing or drawing, singing maybe. Tip 5: Remember that its okay to not be okay. You dont have to pull yourself together for any reason.
