...See more Well, I started to self-harm a couple of years due to a stressful event in my life involving a very important person to me. When i started i probably used to hurt myself everydsy for a couple of months, until i met someone who helped me. Even if i had someone with me the thought of self-harming was always there at the back of my mind and with every slightly more stressful thing that happened i would grab a little razor blade i had but i made a promise to not to do it anymore. Despite that it was still very hard for me, recently things have been getting worse, i havent self harmed in almost 1 year (i started a little over 3 years ago) but as school has just started the stress is accumulating and it's getting harder to cope with it. I always feel like i have noone i can really count on and confide on, so it kind of stacks up inside and lately its been too much that i just want to start it again
