...See more Hello, since covid and a small operation to remove a knot I have been having panic attacks. I have worked on it and have improved but lately I have been very anxious. I'm afraid that I always eat something wrong and that I have to throw up and I would be very embarrassed. It feels like my head is always looking for new problems to get me upset. I don't know how to calm my nerves and to stop searching for problems. I always feel like a burden to other people because of my anxiety and fear what other people outside of my family might think about me, like people at work might think I'm weak and childish. I want to be more happy and accept how I am. But I find it very difficult not to constantly blame me for being like this. Any advice or similar feelings?
