I am a Mindfulness & Deep Relaxation Practitioner. I had my MSc in Psychology and currently aspired to be a mental health social worker. / psychotherapist
I am here and happy to be a part of this kind, compassionate, patient and judgement-free community.
I am also a lived experience with Biporlar Disorder; and Anxiety. Things've sometimes been very rocky. But we've got this. . Keep sharing our truth as this is so much needed in our current time. Changing the world one chat at a time. :)
