...See more I am confused as to whether or not I have an eating disorder. Some days, I am fine. Other days, I feel as though I have to count the calories of everything I eat and if I don't stay under a certain number (which I'm told is too low for me) I panic. I feel trapped by this problem of constantly worrying about my calories and being skinny enough though I'm told I'm already skinny and underweight. Do I have an eating disorder? Am I "sick enough" to be considered as having an eating disorder?
