I know what is is like to need someone to listen, and have watched so many amongst my family and friends struggle with difficult situations and mental health issues without being able to access the support they really needed.
I am working on my PhD in clinical psychology so have a lot of experience listening and helping people work through difficulties. Much of my work has been with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
