Hello! I go by Delphi here on 7 Cups. I'm glad you found me! While not professionally trained in active listening, I am a good practice and have completed the 7 Cups online training. I've read several compassionate communication books, and have implemented the values and techniques in my personal life. I have struggled with a lot of anxiety and stress, and therefore feel I am better equipped to help with those, specifically, than I would be with other areas of struggle.
