...See more My boyfriend and I were messing around last night, and I’m not sure why but I got triggered by the act and burst into tears. I had flashbacks and panicked. He stopped right away and held me and helped me calm down. How long does it take to recover from a breakdown like that? My trauma happened over two years ago in a unhealthy relationship. Today I just feel bleh.
