...See more Last Friday, I went on a trip with her. While we had a good time and enjoyed each other's company, I made the mistake of lying about the reason for the trip, even though it wasn’t a significant issue. I later apologized for it. During our stay, we were intimate, but before checking out, we had a conversation that led us to realize that we’re not compatible. She expressed that she no longer wanted to continue the relationship. After returning, I tried reaching out to her, but when she answered, her tone was distant, and she seemed casual, unlike before. Eventually, she ended the call, signaling that she didn’t want to be with me anymore. This has left me feeling emotionally overwhelmed, as my attachment to her was very strong. I’m struggling to move forward; it feels incredibly difficult and painful. I find myself experiencing physical discomfort when I try to cry, with a sensation of difficulty breathing. Mentally, I feel unstable, and whenever I try to sleep, thoughts of her flood my mind, creating a sense of trauma. I don’t feel emotionally connected to anyone else and have no friends to confide in. Shifting my focus to other activities has become very challenging. I’m seeking guidance on how to cope and move forward, as the emotional weight of this situation is taking a toll on me.
