...See more I’ve been struggling a bit with my anxiety which some times leads up to thoughts about my self worth It started with expectations that i’ve put on myself thinking i’ll be a disappointment to my family which then leads to thinking i don’t deserve the support and love i get from my family Deep down i know that they love and support me unconditionally but sometimes i struggle with knowing what i’ve done to deserve it, my parents have been nothing but supportive and helpful with me which makes me feel like i don’t deserve it All these emotions and feelings have been causing me to breakdown at the most random times yet, i’m afraid to go to school, to have lunch with my friends and i know i need help but i’m scared about what others might think of me as well Has anyone else experienced this before and how did you manage to overcome these thoughts of unworthiness?
