...See more I think it’s hilarious that mid cry I figured I would try talking to a “listener” on this platform and it’s asks me for my credit card information. Obviously I get it, websites got to prfit. don’t know why I thought it would be free.. anyhow does anyone have any good crisis line alternatives?

...See more You ever just feel so worthless, like you don’t belong or don’t deserve the same air as the people around you. I’m such a waste of life. I try my best not to be a burden but someone always ends up noticing. On a comedic note, it’s probably so obvious at times when I’m isolated and not talking to anyone. At the end of the day I’m pathetic. My father died when it should have been me. He had so much more to offer to the world than I do. I’m an embarrassment.

...See more I’ve just noticed the last few weeks that I keep coming across social media reels on topics about depression and low self-worth. It’s just interesting to me that we do these things which probably just increase depression and rumination but it leads to feeling worse. It’s a dark cycle for us likely looking for connection in times of isolation. Kind of like the “misery loves company” phrase. My mother overheard me listening to these types of videos and was very vocal asking why I am doing this to myself.

...See more Hello, I am trying to navigate this site for the first time. As someone that has dealt with chronic depression and anxiety, I'm looking to find a community where I can express myself and connect with others. My hope is that I can continue to heal and maybe help others on the way. PLEASE comment/like what ever you do on this site to let me know people are out there using this platform. I am in need for a community because the people around me don't understand me and what I'm dealing with.
