My first name is Chelsea. I am from the USA.
I want to help others and myself at the same time. Through sharing it help others most, but it reminds me, too that I am not alone.
I have bipolar schizoaffective type which means i hear see and feel things that in the moment are real to me but not to others. I have a lot of mood issues too, a long history of self harm and PTSD.
