I’m an experienced support professional with a background in mental health, neurodiversity, and education. I’ve worked with Mind, supported people with learning difficulties, and provided specialist neurodiversity guidance. I also have experience helping individuals through employment challenges.
I hold a Level 4 qualification in Counselling Psychology and I’m trained in ASIST suicide intervention. I’m currently completing an MSc in Psychology and plan to progress to a Clinical Psychology doctorate.People often tell me I’m easy to talk to. I focus on helping others feel heard, understood, and safe, offering calm listening and practical support when needed. I’m here because I want to use my experience to help others.
