...See more Hi friends, I was wondering if any of you have experience with quitting nicotine while managing anxiety? I started using nicotine to cope with anxiety a few years ago, but I really want to quit. Funny enough, I have a lot of health anxiety, so smoking a cancer stick doesn't usually help very much. The biggest problem I've encountered so far, is grounding myself without nicotine. I feel like I start to spiral out of control without it, and I feel like I can't quit while working and doing school because of that. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!
