Hello, lovely people!  I’m thrilled that you’ve stumbled on my page.  I started out on 7 Cups a few years ago, fell in love with it, and I’ve been here ever since.

Although I am here to help with any range of issues that you may be having, I specialize in Anxiety (and Social Anxiety), Breakups, College Life, Depression, Grief, Managing Emotions, Panic Attacks, Sleeping Well, and Work Stress.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the site, forums, or (listeners) if you need advice on how to handle a chat (you can also find me in the group support forums from time to time).  If I don’t happen to be online at the moment, hit the “Leave Message” button if you need help or even if you'd just like to talk!  If you won't be available later at the time you're messaging me, we can set up a time to talk that will work for both of us!
