trying to stop delusional thoughts

...See more Hi anyone, I am looking for some help with coping techniques, advice, healthy support for these delusional thoughts I have. it's getting worse. I hear people talking and I get automatic thoughts that it is definitely directed at me. I try to tell myself that it is not to me because they did not direct it at me obviously. but then I believe it is just being passive aggressive. and I make quick links to why they would say that. its not just things I hear. its also things that happen. I just cannot shake it. I sometimes believe there is a curse happening. and I know that I never believed in this before but I dont know why now it is happening. I'm just tired of always scanning for danger and having these thoughts that disturb my quality of life and my relationships with my family. I just started medication but I am reaching out for other help. I do see a therapist weekly.
