...See more This is the time we may all indulge. At times over necessity❗ So let's keep in mind great options to do so....7 ideas 1. Only whole meal breads & grains , ie brown , black or red rices 2. Inclusion of beans , pulses & lentils in stewed and steamed dishes 3. Less over cooking of veg 4. Raw veg item options cougette/celery/cauliflower heads/okra 5. Who's Willing To Try Whole Meal Brown Flour Yorkshire Puddings With Their Turkey This #Christmas ➕ Post Back⁉ 6. No animal milk but nut & plant based varieties ie, Almond, Oat, Hemp and Cashew milks are great 7. Lastly NO WHITE SUGARS!!!! Honey, stavia, molasses, demerara etc Good luck guys Xx
