...See more Hello members of 7 Cups. Sorry if I accidentally posted my introduction in the wrong place. I saw this site posted somewhere a while ago and decided to finally give it a try today because I was feeling particularly anxious. I've had problems with anxiety, avoidance, and paranoia for a while and I figured I should try something new, since I'm tired of bugging people I know with the same problems and I don't like the idea of seeing a therapist. Hope things go well here.
