...See more hi im vanessa, im 16 y/o and abt 56kg (123lb) and im afraid my bingeing is now morphing into being a restrictive ed (again) for so long i just feel like food doesn’t fill me anymore, i don’t feel anything after literally eating all theres in my fridge, for a couple days i’ve been drinking a st of water in order to feel “full” and not eat as much and a couple more “methods” that make me stop eating, also i might not be drinking coffee for the right reasons

...See more lately a lot of stuff has happened and i just feel like i cant keep doing this, today i had a huge breakdown but unlike last time i didn’t sh today, i still feel down and i just wanna go to sleep but i know insomnia will keep me up for hours until my brain finally gets tired of overthinking

...See more it's rare when I have a decent amount of food for breakfast, I usually try to avoid eating it or I just eat so little of it, lunch it's my only full meal and I never have dinner.
