I’m someone who genuinely values meaningful conversations and believes that sometimes, having a safe and non-judgmental space to talk can make a difficult moment a little easier.

I tend to be a patient listener, and I try to understand people rather than immediately offering advice or trying to “fix” what they are going through. I’m comfortable with quiet conversations, complicated emotions, and situations where someone may simply need to be heard.

I’m joining 7 Cups because I would like to use my time to support people who may be feeling lonely, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone who will listen. I also see this as an opportunity to become a better listener, understand different perspectives, and contribute positively to a supportive community.

I understand that being a listener comes with responsibility, boundaries, and the need to know when a situation requires professional or emergency support. I’m willing to learn and follow the guidelines provided by 7 Cups while being respectful of each person’s individual experience.
