...See more I just need to vent right now. I got admitted into a psych ward last year because i was suicidal. I was admitted there for 4 months. I got the diagnosis depression,anxiety and panic disorder. I went through a lot in there and the memories haunts me everyday. i can still feel the hands restraining me. Getting pinned to my bed by adults. Hearing screaming everyday. The staff running around taking care of people who would flipp in a second and throw and break stuff. I saw people who got put in belts. I was watched 24 hours a day. It was the best and worst thing that happened to me. Because i got better, i made friends and fell in love. They kinda became the family i didnt knew i had. But everytime i think of that place it hurts so badly. The things i went trough and are still going through is hard. But i am on my way to recovery. I went in there with depression,anxiety and panic disorder yet came out with depression,anxiety,panic disorder and PTSD. Im sorry its so long and dark but i just needed to vent.
