Hello! I'm here on 7 Cups because I am looking for general support. I am antisocial and I isolate myself too much. I am hoping to come out of my shell and improve on my communication skills while also being able to express my feelings/problems. I hope to gain an understanding of my emotions while being here on the 7 Cups platform.

...See more I am feeling okay today. I have used my drug of choice a couple times and as usual I feel guilty and bad about myself. I'm 14 weeks pregnant. I can't continue to use. I'm afraid something bad will happen to the baby.
