Hi my name is Luanne and I am a Intern on 7 cups of tea. I am a peer support specilist who is in recovery from Bipolar,anxiety, depression and dependant personality disorder. I am a retired nurse and I also have a MA degree in counsoling. I want to provide Hope to people with a mental illness and help them lead the Life they want to have. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Skills to help people change their thinking. When you change your thinking you change your Life. I am also a NIMA Peer Support Specilist on 7 Cups of Tea
