Well first and foremost I'm a human being just like all of you reading this , I have insecurities and things about me I'm proud of , I have strengths and weaknesses , i do my best to live a happy healthy life but I forgive myself and I let myself be down when I need to , i tolerate My shadows and accept them and so should you ! There's no shame in being sad or having problems ; human life is so complex and we were not born with the wisdom we have now after experiencing several years on this earth ! So it's okay not to be okay , what is not okay is to beat yourself and others up for it ! Instead , we ought to help each other get through this because that's what makes human life such a beautiful miracle!
