...See more Hi there.. I don’t know exactly what I’m struggling with. I have diagnosis “bipolar II” but act mostly like a borderline. My doctor admits that it might be true, but she is not sure. My first visit to psychotherapist was 3 years ago. I used to think that my main problem is OCD but it was just a minor symptom.  I’ve been suffering from anxiety, mood swings and depression for 12 years. My interpersonal relationships are stable, especially friendship. But romantic relationships are the problem. I hardly get along together with someone. Now I’m going through divorce after 5 years of marriage. My main problem is – I’m an “emotional alien” to my dear people. Especially for my family. They claim that all my problems are just fantasy, because I have no real problems. They don’t accept the main part of my identity. I’m simply wrong for them. I’m sinking in guilt and frustration. I fail to leave normal life. Sometimes I act immoral because of terrible pain. I have the greatest fear of abandonment. I have only two friends who understand me.    Please talk to me, I desperately need to talk to someone who shares the same problems. Who are also like a “ghost” in the world of normal people.
