...See more I never want to leave my house. When I do get the courage to leave, I constantly look over my shoulder and my heart races. When I finally get back to my house, I get the urge to hide in my closet. I feel exhausted after that. I feel guilty for having this fear. My partner wants to go out and do fun and cool things and I know nothing bad would happen, but I cant help but think what if or ever just what if Im too scared. Does anyone else feel like this? How can we get through this?
