...See more Hi everyone! Here are some helpful anxiety tips: ➡️ Learn what triggers your anxiety. Is it work, family, school, or something else you can identify? Write in a journal when you’re feeling stressed or anxious and look for a pattern. ➡️ Self care. Practice yoga, listening to music, meditate, or learn relaxation techniques. ➡️ Move your body as it relieves tension and physically changes the brain in ways that make it more resilient. ➡️ Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. ➡️ Take deep breaths. ➡️ 5 senses exercise to stay present - 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, 2 things you can touch, 1 thing you can taste. ➡️ Talk to someone. Tell friends and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help.
