Nice to meet you! I am an Asian Canadian who graduated from university 2 years ago, and recently overcame depression/major anxiety. I left the cybersecurity field to pursue life coaching. Please feel free to reach out! I love to listen to people and helping them feel better. It comes naturally to me.

Specialties: overcoming self-criticism, setting boundaries with parents, self-esteem, career transitions, with knowledge of unconventional therapies such as emotional freedom technique (EFT) & hypnotherapy.

Hobbies: I love composing music, graphic design, improv, dancing and writing.
