I'm Kae (short for Kaela). I'm 25 years old and a student majoring in psychology. I'm an introvert, bibliophile, and nerd. I'm here for support with eating disorder recovery (bulimia), anxiety, and bipolar disorder. That's about it.

...See more Hello all, I hope that you are all well. I'm happy to say that I have not purged in 2 weeks But I'm currently having a hard time fighting the craving for crappy foods, especially those I tend to binge on. I'm not necessarily feeling the urge to binge, in general, but a lot of the time, cravings (along with the anxiety) are what kick it all off. Does any one have any tips on how to curb those cravings or perhaps any ideas on what they do to distract themselves when they come? I'm failing at the not giving in but I'm trying to stay distracted as much as possible. Good thing I have so much homework in the evenings! lol
