...See more I am proud of myself for finally getting the courage to call my doctor. I have been neglecting it because I know my physical health has been affected by my depression. I didn't want to own up to it and face the music. Well, tomorrow, I will doing just that. I am going back to my doctor to get my health (both mentally & physically) back on track. I am also proud of myself because I am finally at a point where I am feeling comfortable in my own skin. I am beautiful in my own way.
