...See more I feel like I’m stuck in an endless loop. I start to have sleep anxiety so I tend to get up and try not to force it or fight it but then I still struggle to sleep at all. The next day I’m so exhausted I feel as if I have zero energy for anything else. I don’t want to do anything. I just want to lay in bed all day but I know that’s not helpful. I’m trying to break the cycle but it feels as if I’ll never be better. I feel like I’ve lost all control and just want to be who I was before all this started happening. I feel as if I’ll never be happy again. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried meditation, random activities such as painting, puzzles, and other mind exercises. I’m just struggling feeling like this.
