Hello! I'm happy that you've found me on 7 Cups. My areas of expertise are Anxiety, Breakups, Depression, Family Stress, Forgiveness, General Mental Health, Loneliness, LGBTQ+, Men and Woman's Health, and Sexual Health


Online: I'm next to the computer and I'm open to chat

Busy: I'm with a member and I can't take anyone else at the moment

Offline: I'm logged out and you won't receive an answer for a while


If I'm offline or busy, you're welcome to send me a short message saying what you'd like to speak about and when, and I'll do my best to get back to you within a day. However, if you message me Friday after I've logged off, or during the weekend, you'll likely not get a response until Monday, as I take that time off.


Starting mid-August, I'll be taking a break to go on vacation and then start my fall semester, so I'll be unavailable to speak unless you see me online. That means I will not be checking this consistently, so if you were to message me, I can't promise a response. if you need a listener then, I highly recommend going to the Browse Listeners tab or putting out a general request.
