Bio
I believe every person has a story worth hearing. I am a compassionate and empathetic individual who genuinely wants to help others by providing a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and valued.
My background in psychology has given me a strong understanding of human behavior, communication, and emotional well-being. At the same time, I believe that while education provides knowledge, true understanding comes from listening with empathy, humility, and an open heart. Every person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to understand them before offering support.
I value a holistic approach to well-being, recognising that emotional health is influenced by our relationships, community, physical health, and spiritual life. As a Muslim, I also appreciate the role that faith can play in fostering resilience, hope, and healing, and I respect each individual’s values and beliefs.
My goal is not to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside people with kindness, patience, and genuine care, helping them feel less alone and more empowered to navigate their own journey.
