...See more Hi everyone. i just want to know if anyone has been able to push passed being addicted to spending money . i spend money even money i dont have because it makes me feel better in that moment it gives me a high , then i look at my debts and realise it isnt making me feel better now . Then i have a impolsive thought again and i buy things then im back to square one . Im in a cycle that i cant break out of , has anyone else been in this situation? i have depression . Anxiety. And my gp thinks its possible i have bpd please help if you can
