Hey, I am 30 years old and working on my undergraduate degree in psychology. I have experienced several mental and physical health issues since I was a small child. I have been through many things, yet somehow I am still here! I would love to share my experiences and ways I have overcome my challenges. And even the ones I am currently facing. Life is hard. It is even harder when you don't have anyone willing to meet you where you are in life. I want to help others navigate their traumas and begin building healthier lifestyles for themselves. I firmly believe that anyone can grow from their trauma.
