Hello! It's nice to see that you have joined 7 Cups of Tea. Being a trained active listener and having gone through some difficult situations myself, I want to help people struggling with depression, anxiety and other issues in a safe, caring, free of judgment area. In my spare time, I like swimming, reading. baking, tennis and hiking. I am always willing to chat anytime I'm online but if I'm not you can always leave a message.
