My name is Alex. I like helping other people and making a positive difference in my community. I also enjoy hearing other people's stories and learning new perspectives. I prefer one-on-one and small group discussions over larger groups because I can contribute without having to fight to make myself heard, and without compromising my listening. I consider myself to be very fortunate in having received a caring family, a quality education, a safe home, and the freedom to be myself. I would like to share these blessings with others by helping them feel valued and appreciated unconditionally. I value sincerity, generosity, compassion, and humility in others and strive to live by these values myself. I look forward to helping advance the mission of 7 Cups through active listening.
