Hello, I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am a 30 something year old woman. I am in a long term relationship. I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but I manage without medication by means of positive thinking and a super support system.
I enjoy nature, painting, learning about new cultures & languages, animals and reading. I've overcome a lot in life and I would like to help you. I'm glad you're here, let's talk.
