Mental health can sometimes be scary, frustrating and at time confusing. We all have mental health, and sometimes just putting your problems down can be a weight off your shoulders. I'm a 4th year clinical psychology student with experience in the field. I will try to guide you to make your own decisions about your mental health and be there to listen to your worries and troubles. I love video games, dancing, a good book and my dog, Frodo. Remember there is no shame in having a bit of trouble, and just talking to someone can be a great step to moving forward. I am knowledgeable in Sleep management, student life, anxiety, depression, self-harm and relationship stress
