...See more I have this problem where I don't like being in crowded places. Like church, for example. Or parties. Events. Supermarkets. I even have this habit of agreeing to see friends or making plans to hang out and then cancelling at the last minute because my anxiety gets the better of me. I know it's a problem yet I can't stop doing it. Help :(
