...See more Hi there, I was recently diagnosed with bipolar 1 but unsure about it. I had one manic episode (psychosis) which lasted one month. It includes hallucination, delusion, mood swing, hyperactivity, and suicidal thoughts (more like urge). After the crisis, I no longer have any of the symptoms and function like normal. It happened right years ago. I had another small crisis (more like depression) three years ago. My psychiatrist prescribed my antipsychosis (?) but not working well with me. Is this necessary? I just wish not to experience it again and that's why I'm seeing professional, but wanted to hear opinions here. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
