Anxiety Attack (Pregnancy Scare)

...See more Some background story: The last time I had sex (protected) was 3 months ago (beginning of November). After that, I had anxiety and stress about being pregnant - I took 4 Urine pregnancy test within a span of 1 month (November to December) and it all turned out negative. I took another pregnancy test on 20th Jan 2024 and it was also negative. I had 3 periods since my last sex ( periods - 5 days ish, first 2 days required pad changing 3 times and bleeding with clots and what looks like tissue ). All signs point to me not being pregnant. but I still get paranoid and anxious. EVERYTIME I notice something about my body (*** being sore on and off, bloat during period, linea nigra line (probably have had it since forever), vivid dreams), I associate it all to pregnancy symptoms. AND I GET SUPER ANXIOUS and scared and worried because I do not want to be pregnant. But I have had 5 negative urine tests and 3 periods since then so I am not pregnant, right? I do not know why I am so so so scared and anxious, please advice
