Some things to do when you're feeling depressed

...See more When you're depressed, you just feel incredibly sad and you lost interest in the things you used to love. But try to remember what you used to like. Did you dance a lot , or did you play football or basketball. Or did you just draw something? Try to remember that, and try to do that again. Maybe it'll set your mind off it for a while, even though you don't quite enjoy it. Walking; If it's impossible, you can go outside for a while. If you've got a dog, take him with you and watch what he does. While you stroll around, look around and take deep breaths sometimes. See the beauty in the trees, that weird kid that you always see, the flowers and the birds who fly over your head sometimes. Learning ; You can also try something completely different. Learn a new language. Learn how to rob a bank or hack it. (Just kidding..) Try teaching your pet something. And if this all is not for you, put on your favourite music, sites, films and go watch that on your couch, in your room with a lot of food and drinks
