Hey! Glad to meet you, in advance. I will do my best to be kind, but I try not to sound so robotic. I'm well aware that people aren't comforted by generic sayings. I am not a licensed therapist, so please have patience with me, and I will always do the same for you. I grew up from a rough family, have survived suicide attempts, addiction, self doubt, loss and grief, and am open to many other issues you may need to talk about. I personally experience depression, anxiety, and am also diagnosed with ADHD. LGBT+ friendly! Not a parent, but apparently good with children. Love a good dad joke.
Most importantly, if you just feel flat out lost and alone, then talk to me. That's exactly why you're here, and there is no need to feel bad about wanting to be better. I wouldn't be here if I didn't want to listen.
