Listener - Beginner 4

I'm here to listen. I've been through a lot in my life. I am extremely open-minded, you can talk to me about absolutely anything. I never judge or persecute others' thoughts, opinions, or actions. I am simply here to reassure you that you are never alone.

I am a university graduate, major in Philosophy, minor in Psychology. Thus, I have a very broad insight of the human psyche, and a lot of my knowledge of mental health comes from academic sources. I have interest and experience in all categories I have listed, but I have more in-depth, major experience in managing emotions (particularly anxiety), breakups, self-harm, traumatic experiences, and tough family situations.

My interests include reading, writing, drawing, painting, video games, hiking, and spiritual growth.
