...See more One of the reasons I decided to join this was because of my own lack of social skills. It's very hard for me to open up and express myself because of my social anxiety and I'm looking for anyone that can relate and possibly talk to that understands. I have a hard time making friends and forming connections because of my fear to do so and I'm searching for people that understand.

...See more Hi! I've been in a relationship for the past 3 years with my best friend and most of the time we are happy but other times I find that when we drink I can't seem to respect him. I get angry and lash out. I even get physical with him because he doesn't do the things I want him to do or it may be the smallest thing he could say I don't agree with and it angers me to the point where I can't control my anger. I really don't get why I'm like this with him because I truly do love him through everything we've been through but can't seem to understand why I'm always angry. If anyone has advice about how I should go about controlling and understanding my anger I would greatly appreciate it..
