i know it can be very overwhelming to talk to a complete stranger and open up to them. Why should you do so with me?
Well i was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and Generalised anxiety disorder a few years ago, having gone through therapy, and taking medication, i can understand what situation you are going through.
Not only can i provide experience support and help you think of positive and balanced thoughts, but i can listen. And even if you don't want advice, someone to listen can help just as much.
