Hi! I’m glad that you’ve taken the time to invest in your own mental heath here on 7 cups of tea. My hope is that I can help support people struggling with family stress, parenting and spirituality. I enjoy playing music and being outside with my family and pets. I’ve overcome some very difficult times in our families life including being a caretaker for a wife with cancer with help from other people. I hope I can be that lifeline for you.
