...See more Hi, I'm 22 and have been dealing with anxiety since 17. My partner and I have been together for 4 years but we both come from different countries. I'd like to move to his with him but I'm scared it will trigger a panic attack. I experienced my first panic attacks when in his country. I'm so scared of having a panic attack I can't even go there to try to overcome the situation.. I don't know how to go about this. If anyone has ever moved to another country they may understand and I'd like to talk with you.. thanks for listening.
