...See more Hi everyone,as a new member of the platform here,i just want to say,hopefully (after a lot of times already) this will be the TIME to change…i am a single guy,i am workaholic but my problem is i can not say no to a beer,even if its early in the morning or i am still at work,vut when friday comes,i somehow always get one or more bags…long story short,after a bunch of weekends drunk and high,i made a promise,i will change…u guess it right,never happened,this weekend was and is the same,i was drunk and had a bag.i am awake sine yesterday morning. today i found this app and some other,asked the AI for some new habits or any tips,so here i am,giving myself a new oppurtunity to stop all those bottles and bags to take over.I looked around in all communities here,i can tell its a great helpful community,so i hope i will get some help as well and i would get back to a healthier life. i want to spend my weekends with something more useful,not just drunk and high. Thank you for your attention,good night everybody‼️
